It’s always fun to photograph dancers. Not just when they’re dancing, but…pretty much any time. We also love photographing senior portraits. So when we get to shoot a senior portrait session with a dancer, it’s even more fun!
Emma is a senior at Portland’s Cleveland High School. She’s a trained dancer who loves ballet. However, after a life-changing experience of serving in the Dominican Republic, she wants to go in to International Relations. So we had a lot to talk about while we wandered through Northwest Portland, near the studio, photographing her senior portraits. After working with our hair and makeup stylist in the studio (the fantastic AJ’s Hair Design and Makeup), we had a great time making photographs that are both beautiful and unique.
