What a wild, fun time I had at Lauren and Ben’s wedding tucked away in the California Redwood Forest. Beautiful location. Check! Awesome dance party. Double Check!! Camping. Triple Check!!! Amazing bride and groom. Quadruple check!!!! I’d go on but I’m a mere photographer and I don’t know what comes after quadruple. Suffice it to say, one of my favorite things about photographing weddings is getting to witness how every bride and groom make their wedding unique. And unique this wedding was indeed: custom-made rings, parachute dining tent, fields of sunflowers, musical performances by the bride and groom, late night glow-in-the-dark bocce ball.
The entire time, I felt like I was walking in a daydream about a fairytale wonderland, surrounded by incredible people having a great time. Both Lauren and Ben exude enthusiasm and joy for life, and their infectious attitudes reinforce one another’s resulting in explosions of merriment. That might sound a little over the top, but it’s absolutely true. I could go on and on about how awesome their wedding was but there’s only so much time in the day. Instead, check on some of their photos below!
