You’ve got to love Rachael and Jon’s block party wedding! They literally got married on their doorstep and had a raging dance party on Gantenbein Avenue, complete with fireworks and the most daring of guests jumping over them. However, my favorite aspect of their wedding was how they incorporated as many fantasy and science fiction references into their ceremony as possible, going so far as to quote J.R.R Tolkien in their vows while an orchestral accompaniment of Final Fantasy VII played in the nearby garden. If you don’t know what I’m taking about, suffice it to say that Rachael and Jon fully embrace their geekiness. They even met for the first time and fell in love while playing videogames at Ground Control. Talk about a perfect match!
