Jade and Cory’s Vintage Portland Wedding Photography

I loved Jade and Cory’s small, intimate wedding. When we sat down for the first time to talk about their day, they described how they wanted to have a quaint vintage wedding with only their best friends and closest family. With less than 20 guests this was sure to be one of the smallest weddings I’ve ever had the chance to photograph!

Jade and Cory were married in the Historic Old Church here in Portland which has been here since 1882. It’s a beautiful building with an immense history. Xtabay Vintage provided Jade’s beautiful vintage 1950’s wedding dress, and her wonderful headpiece she made herself! After the wedding, we followed up with a quaint dinner reception at Mother’s Bistro.

Weddings such as Jade and Cory’s remind me just how important our friends and family are. Jade and Cory are such genuine people, they didn’t need an enormous venue, DJ, catering, hundreds of people, just the company of friends and family, to make for a wonderful, and memorable wedding day.

Whether you’re getting married at The Historic Old Church, or your own backyard, we enjoy capturing the love shared between couples like this.  Visit us today at our wedding photography website to learn more!
