Hailey’s Senior Portraits

I spent a beautiful summer Saturday morning photographing Hailey’s senior photos in Portland!  We started out in Southeast Portland photographing her among some amazing mural art and graffiti.  She’d asked if we could start there, and I knew where a concentration of colorful artwork was located, so we had fun photographing her among some beautiful and crazy scenery.

Next we headed up town and photographed more senior photos at the Portland Rose Gardens. It’s a beautiful location, and even though it’s popular and crowded, I know the best spots for portrait photography. We had a great time talking about her love of sports and her time at Vancouver’s Fort Vancouver High School.  (Incidentally, my dad went to school there!)

Class of 2021

I had so much fun photographing Hailey’s senior photos.  This is going to be an odd and challenging year for high school seniors, but they’re going to make it.  And if they have attitudes as good as Hailey’s they’re going to be just fine.  Congratulations, Hailey!
